What is mediation?<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\nMediation<\/b> is a negotiation process between the parties to a conflict, conducted with the participation of a mediator and aimed at developing a mutually acceptable solution.\n

The procedure includes preparation and joint<\/b> or individual<\/b> meetings. Together with the mediator, the parties choose a convenient format and pace of work \u2014 in person<\/b> or online<\/b>. Specialists and experts may be involved if needed.<\/p>\n

Mediation does not deprive the parties of the right to go to court, but it often has significant advantages<\/b> over court proceedings.<\/p>\n
